How we make our gluten-free bread mixes

Dehydrating vegetables is a slow and careful process. Each batch is regularly checked to ensure even drying and to confirm that no moisture remains.
We look—and listen—for a clean “snap” in the vegetables. That’s the signal they’re fully dehydrated.
Once dried, the vegetables are stored in jars and monitored through a key step called conditioning. This helps guarantee every bit of residual moisture is gone—essential for a stable, high-quality blend.
Only then do we combine the ground vegetables with flours, starches, thickeners, herbs, and other ingredients to create the VegiBread powder mix.
It’s a detailed process, but it’s what makes VegiBread truly different.
