How you make VegiBread
Lunch has never been easier, particularly for those who find mornings a rush. Even better our bread powder mixes can be made in advance, allowing a quick and easy grab-and-go option when heading out the door. Watch our video or scroll down for directions.

1. In small microwave safe ramekin place egg, water and oil.
Mix well.

2. Add VegiBread powder and stir until well combined. Make sure you scrape bottom.
3. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes in microwave.
*Tested on 1350kw microwave.

4. Remove from microwave (CAUTION - DISH WILL BE HOT).

5. Tip out and cool. Slice open and top with your favourite toppings.
You will need:

1 sachet of VegiBread bread powder mix

1 large egg

1 teaspoon olive oil
-
1/3 cup water
-
1 small flat bottom ramekin approx 11cm (microwave safe)

How we make our VegiBread Gluten free bread powders
Dehydrating vegetables takes quite some time.
Regular checks are conducted to ensure even drying and confirm that no moisture remains.
Once we observe a "snap," we can be assured that the vegetable is fully dehydrated.
The vegetables are then stored in jars and continually checked for a designated conditioning period, which is a critical step in the dehydrating process to guarantee that all moisture has been eliminated.
Subsequently, flours, starches, thickeners, herbs, and other ingredients are combined with the ground vegetables to create our VegiBread powder blend.
