I always believed there had to be a better GF bread

I’d had enough of gluten-free bread that disappointed every time — crumbly, tasteless, mouldy or frozen.

And the “easy” GF bread mixes? Hours of effort for something dense and barely edible.

As a mum, my daughter deserved better.

So I set out to create it.

Something simple. Something reliable. Something you could make fresh, in minutes, without waste or compromise.
