VegiBread Faq's
Is VegiBread coeliac friendly? Absolutely! As a Mum who has a daughter diagnosed 20 years ago, I am well versed with Coeliac Disease including knowing the importance of cross contamination. All implements and benches are thoroughly cleaned before cutting and drying vegetables and making flour blends. All ingredients are 100% gluten free and our dehydrators, chopping boards, blenders and sifters are all dedicated gluten free as well.
How many servings are in a VegiBread sachet? VegiBread sachets contain a single serving. As they are so easy to make, it can be ready to go in under 5 minutes.
Can I make VegiBread in advance? Yes, you sure can. I have made the mix and successfully frozen for up to 5 days or kept in the fridge for 2 days. Just make sure you package well individually. If frozen, you can defrost on the bench for a couple of hours (not in the microwave).
Why I created VegiBread
I always believed there had to be a better GF bread
After my daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease as a toddler, I struggled to find a gluten-free bread that was reliable, affordable and actually enjoyable to eat.
So I started experimenting—dehydrating vegetables, testing blends, and trying again and again.
VegiBread is the result.
A simple solution that works in real life.
