VegiBread Faq's

Am I able to use an egg replacement? I have tried with egg replacement powders & flax seed gels without success. If you find an egg replacement that works please let me know.

Can I toast VegiBread? Best way to get a slight crust on VegiBread, is to make as per normal directions then either use a sandwich maker, pop in airfryer for a few minutes or under the grill. Just keep an eye on it as it will burn quickly due to the vegetable content.

Can I make VegiBread in advance? Yes, you sure can. I have made the mix and successfully frozen for up to 5 days or kept in the fridge for 2 days. Just make sure you package well individually. If frozen, you can defrost on the bench for a couple of hours (not in the microwave).​​
