Hi, I’m Louise — founder of Powder Patch and creator of VegiBread, a single-serve, gluten-free bread mix made for real life.


I created VegiBread because I saw a gap in the gluten-free market in Australia.


For people living with coeliac disease, autoimmune conditions, or food sensitivities, bread isn’t just bread. It’s often:

* Full of unfamiliar ingredients

* Sold in large loaves that go stale or end up in the freezer

* Or filled with additives that don’t sit well


VegiBread was designed to be different.

As someone who has lived coeliac disease (through my daughter being diagnosed at 2 years of age) for over 19 years, I believe food should feel safe, accessible and nourishing — especially for those navigating coeliac disease in Australia.
